ANNUAL VALLEY FORGE
“PRAY FOR THE COUNTRY
”

VALLEY FORGE PATRIOTS / FAITH & FREEDOM COALITION

This past Saturday, people and pastors from across South East Pennsylvania came together in the historic George Washington Memorial Chapel at Valley Forge to Pray for America.

It was only fitting that these concerned citizens return to our historical roots to cry out to God for forgiveness and help for America.

We experienced a spirit filled two hours of prayer for our military, our law enforcement, spiritual protection and renewal.

Prayers were issued forth for believers to come together in a unified voice to begin a spiritual awakening across the country. To open the eyes of church leaders to the real dangers of losing our religious freedom and God given rights.  Our country is in dangerous times, and God is the answer.

The people of the Valley Forge Patriots and Faith and Freedom Coalition Pennsylvania wish to thank Rev. Roy Almquist for allowing us to use such an incredible chapel, and we hope that we can fill it again soon with more prayer sessions.

Thank you to all who came and participated and we will see you all again.

God Bless,
Larry Denver

Constitution Classes 2016
Original Intent and Biblical Foundations

 Grace Fellowship Church
This past Sunday, FFCPA finished it's first round of Constitution Classes at the Grace Fellowship Church in York Pa.

Pastor Michael Anthony was gracious enough to bring us in to teach the Constitution from a Biblical world view.
We had great participation. Approximately 35-40 people came for the 6 Sundays in a row. There was good interaction and discussions dealing with the critical issues of the day and how the U S Constitution is designed to handle them.

The people learned that freedom takes work and participation. The Biblical principles built into the Constitution forms the firm foundation of a strong and healthy society. We also can see what happens when that foundation is eroded away by not following God's leading's.

Out of the class we are able to start a church wide citizens action group or Cultural Impact Team. We had at least 12-14 people sign up to become involved in different action teams.

We also will see fruit from the 16 people who are going to the FFC Annual  Road to Majority conference in Washington D.C. on June 9-11.

FFCPA expects that we will be holding more Classes at Grace Fellowship and we look forward to partnering with Pastor Mike in holding the line for God.

BEING A CHRISTIAN CITIZEN

This 8 part class will teach you how to develop a biblically-based Christian worldview and how to apply it to your everyday life. It will show you how to more effectively handle many of the issues that all of us experience. In short, it will prepare you for “faith beyond the church door”.

"BREACHING THE BARRIERS"

Saturday, March 5th 2016

On Saturday 3/5, weeks of work and efforts came together in a successful speaking event in Duquesne, Pa.
We had five great speakers from different backgrounds and approaches to the nations legal and religious concerns we face.
The relationships and organizational connections that were made will be invaluable in the years to come for FFCPA.
Of course, the food provided by the women of New Birth Ministries was unbelievable. All homemade. Thank you so much for all the help from everyone. The Macedonia Baptist Church went overboard in hosting the event .
Thank you to Pastor Dr. James Nelson, who is our point man in the Pittsburgh area and did the master of ceremonies duties for this event. Charlie Beatty and I attended Pastor Nelsons church service Sunday meeting and heard how the gospel should be taught across the nation!!! WHEW!!
Thank you to all and we look forward to doing a lot more in Western PA.

  God Bless, Larry Denver, FFCPA

Also thanks to John & Alison Emmons and Jane Brown of FFCPA for coming out with us to help at the event!

IMPORTANT FFCPA MEETING
PITTSBURGH  12/2015

Among the attendees were 11 pastors and other church leaders , men and women, representing numerous churches in the this area.
After attending FFCPA's speaker’s event in October at Grace Community Church, Rev. Dr. James Nelson organized and invited this group of faith and community leaders to hear the message and mission of Faith and Freedom Pennsylvania.
  Our speakers were:
  • State Representative Dr. Rick Saccone, 39th District.
  • Pastor Dr. Darryl Jones: Founder and Pastor of the Immanuel Assembly church, Bear, De, and the Azusa 2014 conference.
  • Faith and Freedom Coalition Penna. President Larry Denver.
On December, 11, 2015, FFCPA was invited to speak at a dinner gathering of African American Church and faith leaders from the Pittsburgh Pa. area.
After the speakers finished, there was very honest and open dialog among all the attendees dealing with the challenges that African American faith leaders face in their communities, politics and issues of the day.

The bottom line is this. God was there and He moved among us that night. It is evident a fire has been sparked in the Pittsburgh African American Faith Communities.
FFCPA is looking forward to working with the leaders we met and showing that Faith and Freedom Pa. can work with people of many backgrounds for the common cause of God’s Kingdom and our Religious Freedom and Liberty.

FFCPA PRAYS AT VALLEY FORGE PARK

Picture
We all recognize the trouble our country and the world is in, and that God is the true salvation for us all.

We prayed as our hearts led and the Spirit directed.

With 60 or so people raising their voices and hearts up to God, we prayed for forgiveness and direction.  The Holy Spirit moved through us all, and heard our pleas.

We were especially moved by the young Cub Scout who raised his hand and requested the mike. He bravely stated how he worries about the people who protect us and that there are people who want to hurt them. Then he bowed his head and said the most honest and heartfelt prayer for them.  Very few dry eyes in the group. It gives us hope that there are indeed young people who are being raised up in the way of the Lord. We as adults should have that young boy’s courage.

FFCPA recognizes that we have a responsibility to lead the way in Pennsylvania in this spiritual battle and will be holding more prayer events in the future. Thanks to all who worked to put this event on and God Bless,
